What a great last Lego club for our Prek-2nd graders! Big shout out to Suzy’s Sweets for the adorable Lego Treats for today! Everyone got to enjoy free build time, design their own Lego mini figures, enjoy Suzy’s Treats and even got to watch a small portion of the Lego Movie! I’ve loved having everyone this year! Hopefully I’ll see yall next school year as well! Have a fun and safe summer!!
See you on Thursday 3rd-6th graders!
Our last Lego club of the school year is right around the corner!! See you all next week! 💙
Our 3rd-6th Graders also traveled all around the world today and recreated many of the most famous world landmarks! They absolutely nailed it!! Their attention to detail blew me away! 👏👏
See you all next month for our last Lego club of the school year!
Today’s Prek-2nd Graders Lego Club took a trip all around the world!! They had a chance to make different World Landmarks! Some stayed on task and made some awesome replicas…others were just excited to be building with their friends! Honestly, I can’t blame them!! If they were building, I was happy! It was good to be back together! See you all next month for our last Lego Month before school gets out! Hard to believe it’s already almost summer!❤️
Reminder- TODAY IS LEGO CLUB! 👏🥳
See you this afternoon PreK- 2nd grade!
I will see my 3rd-6th graders on Thursday!
Reminder!!!
No Lego club this week…
We will meet next week!
April 9th and April 11th!
See you then!
Mrs. Sales realized the original lego dates fell on a no school date! Oops! Sorry about that!
SO - NEW APRIL LEGO DATES...
Prek-2nd Grade - Tues, April 9th
3rd- 6th Grade - Thurs, April 11th
See you next month!
After looking more into the upcoming March’s schedule, I realized that March’s Lego Club’s schedule conflicts with Parent Teacher Conferences and a No School Day… there are so many other things going on in March that rescheduling is going to be difficult.
With that being said, unfortunately, we are just going to have to just cancel Lego Club for March.
I apologize for this, but I promise we will meet back up again ready to rumble in April! See you then!
I realized I forgot to post photos and videos on Tuesday! So sorry!
Here is a big photo dump from Tuesday AND Thursdays Lego Club! They got to make Lego Zipliners! Some flew…some flopped! 🤣 I apologize if I didn’t get everyone on video… there was a lot of excitement going on! 🤣🤣🤷🏻♀️
See you all this week! 👏👏 Feb 6th and 8th!
Did you know that tomorrow, Jan. 28th, is International Lego Day?!
International Lego day is when the world celebrates the date when the patent for the globally famous plastic brick system was filed. Since the 1940s, people have been creating their own worlds, brick by brick, with LEGOs. How cool is that?!
In honor of International Lego Day, it only seems right to set you up with some fun ways to play with Legos right?!
If you click the link below, It will take you to a PDF file will several printable Lego challenges! Print them out, cut them out, flip them upside down and draw one randomly out of the pile and build whatever is on the card!

Small but Mighty crew today! 💪
They were given the same prompt… build a castle and/or a dragon for the castle! 🏰I am always in awe of how their wheels turn and how their ideas come to fruition! We ended up with some very cool builds! 👏👏
See you next month friends!
Yes, 3rd-6th grade Lego club is still planning to meet today! (Jan, 18th)👏👏
❄️The snow has started to fall, so we will use parents discretion as to if your child will be attending or not! Don’t stress, if it doesn’t work for your kiddo this week that’s ok! We will see them next month!
It was so good to finally get together and build with my Lego friends today! Hopefully we won’t have too many other weird weather reschedules… 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Todays prompt was to build a castle and/or a dragon that would be trying to destroy their castle! Lots of fun builds! 🏰🐉
I will see my 3rd-6th graders on Thursday!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼👏👏
Pre-K through 2nd Grade Lego Club is still planning on meeting today from 3:30pm-4:30pm… I understand not everyone may be able to attend…but we are going to give a warm place to create for those who can! See ya later!
So with the upcoming weather later today as well as I now have a sick kid at home, Sadly there will be NO 3rd-6th GRADE LEGO CLUB TODAY… we will reschedule for next Thursday the 18th! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Stay Stay and Warm! ❄️
Snow Day Tomorrow also means No Pre-k - 2nd Grade Lego Club tomorrow… sorry friends! Stay safe and stay warm! ❄️⛄️
We will plan to reschedule for next Tuesday, the 16th.
(Weather permitting, normal 3rd-6th grade Lego club this upcoming Thursday the 11th🤞🏼)
Same prompt as the younger group! “Christmas Creations”…. Lots of upgraded sleighs, gingerbread houses, Santa’s, and snowy scenes! So fun! Hope everyone has a great Christmas! See you in January! ❤️🎄🎅
Todays Lego prompt was “Christmas Creations”…. I wanted them to make Christmas Trees, Santa, Gingerbread Houses, Santa’s Workshop…. Some even made the Grinches house and Whoville! Love their creativity! ❤️🎄 Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! See you all in January!
See you all next week! 💙
3rd-6th Graders had the same prompt as the younger group this week… build the tallest yet sturdiest skyscraper they could that would survive “Earthquake Maggie”
I was super impressed with their builds! The creativity of these kids blows my mind! Videos of the earthquakes will be in the comments!
Todays prompt for the Prek- 2nd graders was to build the tallest, yet strongest structure that could to survive the upcoming storm containing “Earthquake Maggie” aka Mrs. Sales that was set to hit right around 4:15pm today!🤪 They had so much fun! Lots of giggling and squealing! Uploading Videos of the earthquakes in the comments!
Reminder!!
Pre-K through 2nd grade Lego club meets today!
3rd-6th grade meets Thursday!
See you later!
We had a couple busy builders working pretty hard this morning at All Age Lego club! We meet the 1st Saturday of the month! I hope you’ll join us next month!
Lots of fun in our 3rd-6th grade Lego club! Same building prompts as our younger Lego club plus a few more! I actually remembered to get a pic of the final pieces! You’re always welcome to come in and check out their work too! See you guys in November!
Sorry I forgot to post pics from Pre-K - 2nd Grade Lego Club yesterday! Yesterday they were each given individual or groups of 2 prompts on cards as to what they were suppoised to build! Some said “a Theif is breaking in… build a trap to catch them” or you’re tired of walking, build a vehicle” or “you caught a wild animal, build the animal and trap you caught it in”…. Many open ended prompts with lots of creativity going on! I realized I didn’t get very many pictures of the final creations because I was walking around helping and admiring and talking with students instead of taking photos! I apologize for that! We have so much fun I get caught up in it sometimes! 🤣🤣🤦🏻♀️ We will see all of you guys again next month!!
See my 3rd- 6th graders this afternoon!
Reminder! Lego club meets again next week! See you all soon!
Saturday All Age Lego Club met this morning! Lots of open ended play happening! Alaska worked on building a house with our awesome Braille Legos (which help teach the Braille alphabet and numbers…how cool is that?!) And thanks to a special donation from Jessica Dorval Sharp, Alaska gets to take home his very own set of Braille Legos to continue to learn and play with at home! Everyone deserves to play with legos! 🥰
3rd-6th Grade Lego club had so much fun today! They also received the prompt of “Build a Lego House” but with a twist… each table was a team and had a different base type! 2 tables had to build sand houses, 2 tables had to build water houses and 2 houses had to build houses in a jungle! I even threw a plot twist halfway through and they had to build an area to hold an animal! They all did so great!!
I do have to say a big “IM SORRY!!!!” To our last table with Keegan, Gunner and Maverick! I realized in the chaos of getting ready to clean up I forgot to get a picture of you guys with your creation! 😭🤦🏻♀️ forgive me!!! I did take a pic of it partially disassembled for them though! Sorry again!
Great job today and I will see you all again on Thursday, October 5th!
