The Polar Bears brought home some hardware from the All- Ohio Classic yesterday evening!

Kensi Black took home the title of top division three finisher in the race with a top 12 finish.

Head Coach Jason Maus was awarded the 2026 Marv Frye award for his distinguished service to collegiate cross country in the state of Ohio.

Overall the bears had a fantastic night with over 15 bears obliterating old personal bests. They'll have a week off of racing before toeing the line again in October.

The Polar Bears are back on the road for the All-Ohio Classic this evening! The bears will toe the line with over 30 teams from all divisions to see who are the top teams in Ohio. The women start us off at 6pm, while the men follow up at 6:40pm.

The Polar Bears are back in action today for an early morning at the Spartan Invite! The women's race begins at 9am with the men to follow at 9:30am. This week the bears will race on full courses with the women competing in the 6k and the men in the 8k.

25 years as a Polar Bear.

This April we're excited to celebrate Director of Cross Country and Track & Field, Jason Maus, as he coaches in his 25th season as a Polar Bear! Alumni and friends will be able to catch up with Coach Maus during the 7th Annual Mike Becraft Invitational on April 24th. Following the meet's conclusion a special dinner ceremony will be held to honor Coach Maus' time and dedication to Ohio Northern University.

We'd love to see you there! Registration for both the track meet and/or the dinner ceremony can be found in the qr code on the last slide or at the link below. Registration will close April 9th at the latest, but may need to close earlier depending on registrations.

Thanks to Auglaize Canoe & Kayak for hosting our cross country team yesterday! The bears took a well earned rest from running to take in the sights on some canoes and kayaks.
