Mission: To Know God, To Love God, To Serve All
Congratulation Nikos for being the recipient of the 2020 Dorothy Marie Spedoski Scholarship Award. You are a consistent example of Faith, Family and Service (small acts of kindness) just as Dorothy was. You've been nominated multiple times each year and the award is well deserved!
We are all proud of you but be proud of yourself! Keep being you!

Great job Ms. D, we are so blessed to have you at St. Pat's!
catholicschools4u.org Ms. Elizabeth D’Aurora’s June 2020 column highlights God’s reassuring voice in the middle of upheaval.
So great and fulfilling to see all the kids and parents today!
It's the last day of school!
Please plan to drive-by the school at 11:30am to say good-bye to teachers and staff. This will run just like our normal dismissal line (enter from 5 Mile), and for those who'd like it, there will be ice cream for students and siblings at the end. No need to exit your vehicle!
This has been a year for the history books, and we are so grateful for everyone's patience, flexibility and understanding during these past few months. It hasn't always been easy, but we did it!
If you had to sum of your life in 6 word memoir, what would you write? Our 6th graders did an awesome job!
When your FAITH Magazine arrives, don't miss the article on page 25 from our very own Miss D!
Construction continues. This is a pic of the wall coming down for the new child care room in the school.
Our Cub Scouts are raising money by collecting cans and bottles. There will be a trailer in the school parking lot, and donations can be dropped off today (May 25) and Sunday (May 31) between 9am-3pm. This is a great opportunity to clear out the bags sitting in your garage!
lowellsfirstlook.com Area families have an opportunity to unload their bags of cans and bottles while supporting a good cause.

Last week Kindergartners dove into non fiction. Reading and hearing non fiction stories, going on text feature scavenger hunts, learned about the frog's life cycle and did a directed frog drawing.

Two Teachers Mark 10 Years of Service at St. Patrick School
stpatrickparnellschool.org St. Patrick School looked much different when Connie Leckenby and Nikki Kevic were hired as teachers in 2010. With fewer than 80 students enrolled at that time
First graders have been practicing their words with a multi-sensory approach to learning, from playing games to using pipe cleaners to form letters. Learning about our faith is paramount during this advantageous time to be with our parents, as students learn about Jesus' death and Resurrection and our one God in Heaven.
A small token of appreciation for our teachers at St. Pat's. The gift represents our past, present and future growth as a team of professional educators.
Schools can take their bells and whistles, I'll take committed Faith filled teachers any day! You are superheros to many of us and respected leaders in our community.
Thank you for all you do!

Dear Saint Patrick’s Community,
Hello! My name is Meghan. I am currently an eighth-grader at Saint Patrick School. My fellow classmates and I would like to invite you to participate in a project. We are currently calling the project ‘United in Adversity’ or UinA for short.
UinA is being created to remember all of the stories taking place during the coronavirus. We would like to give a name to all the numbers of people affected by the coronavirus.
By stories, I don’t just mean the people who have died, but also the positive stories and events that have come from the virus. For me, I’ve gotten to spend a lot more time with my family, I’ve been less stressed, and I’ve been able to get outside more! We hope that sharing these stories will keep us connected: United in Adversity.
The second part of UinA is our collection. The number of those affected by the virus continues to grow. For each number, we would like to collect one split ring.* The rings will be a way to see what the numbers look like. It is our way of trying to visualize the numbers and give them meaning.
If you wish to share your story and/or donate split rings to our collection, please send them to the school.

All donations of split rings are appreciated with or without a story. If you do have a story to share, please do! We will be sharing our collection of these stories on the project’s website (already under construction).
If you have any questions, feel free to direct them to Mrs. Kevic at [email protected].
Thank you for taking the time to read this and we hope you will join us in this ever-growing project. Stay safe and may God bless you!
*split rings are binder rings or any kind of ring that can be linked together
