🚨 DID YOU KNOW?🚨

Along with Simple Servings in McIntosh Dining Hall we have a self-serve allergen friendly station: Simple Zone!

Simple Zone is located to the left of 360 Grill behind the Bevi water machines. This station features allergen friendly choices of milks, breads, waffles, various wrapped baked goods and cereal available to grab at any meal time.

Example of using Simple Zone: If you would like a hamburger but have a gluten intolerance, ask the grill cook for just the burger and grab a gluten free bun from the Simple Zone.

We had a great time at orientations the last two weeks and enjoyed meeting all of our new Polar Bears 🐻‍❄️

What better way to refuel your brain for finals week than with overnight oats? 🥣

We held our last Mindful event of the semester where students, faculty, & staff were able to create their own version of overnight oats with various toppings and learned the benefits of this quick & easy meal while prepping for finals week.
