We are honored to remember Ryan Marsman today as a past Big Steps student as we promote bike safety by passing out bike flags. He passed away on this day six years ago and his memorial tree was dedicated later that summer.

Our classes also honored Ryan’s memory by enjoying his favorite popsicles (Bomb Pops) at snack time today.

For more details on Ryan’s story and the heart behind Riding for Ryan, check out their website or page.

As we celebrate this holiday season at Big Steps Little Feet, we would like to highlight one of our staff who has hit quite the milestone! Ms. Becky has been a part of our BSLF Family for 20 years this month! She began her career as an assistant teacher, taught for many years as a lead preschool teacher, and is now rockin' the title of Assistant Director. Congratulations on 20 YEARS, Ms. Becky! We appreciate you and are so grateful for you!
