To The Defeated Nursing Major, You'll Rise You'll rise because every single day that you slip on your navy blue scrubs and fling your pretty little stethoscope around your neck, the little girl that you once were with the dream of saving lives someday will be silently nudging you to keep going.
This is why we do what we do!! Hang in there guys, yours could be a name on this list someday!!

So proud of the serving spirit demonstrated by these nursing students!!

I can't say enough about this group of ladies that I had the pleasure of sharing my first deployment with Red Cross Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief.
I am honored and proud to call each one of them my classmates and fellow Red Cross Volunteers❣️
Volunteer work is not for the weak at heart & these ladies rose to the challenges of this mission without hesitation.
On more than one occasion they were required to step up and handle situations that were beyond their training, experience, and education. They responded with maturity, class and servants hearts!
Thank you all so much for taking this adventure with me! Each one of you represented the ECU BSN Nursing program and the Red Cross with integrity, heart, and commitment❣️
