We are so proud of the kiddos from our County Fair Art Camp this summer. They made a quilt with the theme to the Pontotoc County Fair, All Roads Lead to Fun, and won first place for the second year in a row! Check it out when you visit the fair!

Due to a surgery I'm having which will keep me off my feet for a few weeks, we will only be offering one class this semester, and that will be our Strings & Things Class for girls ages 8 & up.

Registration for Strings & Things is open. Register at www.vbsmate.com/creativeoutlet Once registration is received we will send you an invoice for a $20 supply fee to hold your spot then a monthly invoice for tuition which will be due on the first.

Strings & Things - Girls ages 8 & Up - Thursdays 4-5:30 - Sept. 5 - Dec. 5
Students will make a variety of projects with string including macrame, weaving, knitting, crochet and more. $50 per month / $20

Be mindful of the influences in your child’s life. While it is the parent’s ultimate responsibility, we sometimes allow things to influence them that contradict how we are training them.

At Creative Outlet we strive to provide encouraging classes that build their confidence and inspire them to be creative. We tell them that, “We were created by a Creator who created us to be creative!”

If you are new to homeschooling, or considering it, you won’t want to miss this meeting. Connect with a source of support for homeschool families in the community. We will have a booth there with information about what we offer, and there will be a number of local vendors with information as well.

We are excited to invite our Creative Outlet followers to a FREE event this week hosted by Oil Center Church. One of our teachers, Ms. Becky, is the kids pastor and would love to have your kiddos join us. Ms. Shelley, the Creative Outlet director, will be helping with music. Homeschool - 1:00-3:00pm
Students will make a variety of art projects during the semester. They will also get creative with music, puppets, and drama as they put together a Christmas program and art show at the end of the semester. $70 per month / $20 supply fee

After School Art - 4:00-5:30pm
Students will make a variety of art projects and get creative with music and drama as they prepare for the end of semester Christmas program and art show. $50 per month / $20 supply fee

After School Strings & Things - 4:00-5:30pm. This class is for girls ages 8 & up. They will learn a variety of skills including weaving, embroidery, macrame, crochet, knitting, and more. $50 per month / $20 supply fee
