Join us this Saturday 1pm at Rose Creek Public Library for a gentle yoga class with Spoons of Salt yoga therapist Jen Herndon. This FREE yoga class offered by Spoons of Salt is tailored to chronic illness and suitable for those with mobility challenges and hypermobility. You can do the whole class seated in a chair or standing with a mobility aid, whatever feels good to your body is what is acceptable in this class!

Spoons of Salt is partnering with BioCollections Worldwide. The blood will be used by BCW to assist in machine calibration and diagnostic development.

Please join us between 1:00 to 7:00 PM at the new location for our special event- BCW (Bio-Collections Worldwide) at Spoons of Salt!

Location is 5655 Lake Acworth Drive suite 140, Acworth GA 30101

You will be paid $50 for donating blood to BCW.
This is a great way to connect with others in the community and also make a little money!

This Saturday at 1pm we will have a special guest hosting our support group meeting!

Come to our new location and attend a grounding class with licensed counselor Joelle Emily Doherty, including a three-minute breathing exercise and eight things that can help you ground.
