Brookwood Christian School

Brookwood Christian School Downtown Acworth's private school for dyslexic learners, grades 1-12, with more than 20 years of dedicated service to students.

Founded in 2004, the current campus was established in 2008 by Principal/Director, Kim Wigington, in order to better serve her two daughters’ reading comprehension concerns, one with dyslexia and the other an English language learner, adopted from Latvia. We have expanded our campus with a new upper school building and are currently at our largest enrollment ever! While we are extremely proud of this and the achievement of our students, we would like to be able to help more students in need of the same services. Our Brookwood Christian’s Annual Spring Tea & Silent Auction is this Thursday from 11:30 to 1:00 PM. 🌸🫖

All profits go toward our scholarship fund, which opens doors for so many of our students. We are grateful for the love that surrounds this event year after year from our community; you truly are the heart of our mission. Limited tickets are still available.
