Our homeschool Jiu-Jitsu classes help kids build focus, confidence, discipline, and the ability to keep going when things get hard. They’ll stay active, learn practical skills, make new friends, and have fun doing it 💪

Our Ladies Only Jiu-Jitsu program is a place to challenge yourself, get moving, and learn alongside women who are happy to help you get started.

You’ll practice techniques, ask questions, laugh through the awkward first attempts, and celebrate each other’s progress. Every woman on the mat remembers being new, too. ❤️

Make some time for yourself. Build friendships. Find out what you’re capable of with a little encouragement and practice.

No experience needed. Come as you are—we’ll help you with the rest!

The NEWBREED Georgia Crystal Cup is Saturday, October 10, at the LakePoint Champions Center in Emerson!

This tournament has Gi and No-Gi divisions for kids, teens, and adults of all experience levels. We want to bring a huge team and see everyone out there competing and supporting each other! 💪
