🍎Mattering in a High-Pressure World: Helping Teens Thrive Beyond Achievement Culture
September 30, 6:00–7:30 PM, Concord-Carlisle High School, and October 1, 7:00–8:30 PM, Gallery at Villageworks in West Acton. The program addresses anxiety, burnout, connection, and the pressures young people experience.
🍎NAMI Basics for parents with behavioral/mental health challenges at home. 10/6 starts a 6 week program on Tuesdays.
