At Acton Pathways, we strive to create schedules that are convenient for parents while supporting the way children learn best. 💛

Our Thursday morning block gives homeschool students ages 7–10 the opportunity to spend a full morning learning alongside their peers in a welcoming classroom environment.

🔬 Young Scientists Lab: 9:00–10:00
🌎 Young Explorers Club: 10:15–11:15
📚 Pathways to Confident Reading & Writing: 11:30–12:30

All of our Thursday morning students stay for all three classes, with 15-minute breaks between classes to enjoy a snack, socialize, and build friendships with their peers.

It’s the best of both worlds—a structured morning filled with hands-on learning, meaningful social interaction, and all the flexibility families love about homeschooling! ✨

We are so excited to officially welcome Shannon to the APTL family! 🤍

Shannon is currently assisting with our preschool program and brings more than 17 years of homeschooling experience, along with a true passion for helping children learn and feel confident. Her warmth, patience, and love for working with children make her such a natural fit for the family-centered environment we are building at APTL.

We’re also excited that Shannon will be bringing some of the unique classes she has previously taught through homeschool co-ops to APTL this spring—including Zoology! 🐾🌿

We feel incredibly lucky to have her on our team. Please help us give Shannon a warm welcome! ✨

Just a little sneak peek into two of our most popular classes—Little Learners STEM for ages 5–7 and Young Scientists Lab for ages 7–10! 🔬⚙️

Our students have been loving the hands-on science and engineering experiences they explore each week. These are some of our favorite classes to watch as their curiosity grows, their imaginations come alive, and their ideas turn into real creations!

Each activity is thoughtfully designed around important, age-appropriate concepts while also providing meaningful examples of learning that homeschool families can share with their PTLs.

Happy Labor Day from Acton Pathways to Learning! 🇺🇸

Just a reminder that there will be no classes on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. We hope all our APTL families enjoy a safe and relaxing holiday! Classes will resume according to our regular schedule following the holiday.

Parents can always refer to the monthly APTL calendar for upcoming closures and important dates.
