Eastern Shore Rural Health will be offering Well-Child Checks and VHSL Sports Physicals tomorrow, Thursday, July 30th!

📍 Nandua High School: 12:00–6:00 p.m.
📍 Arcadia High School: 12:00–5:30 p.m.

✅ Open to all middle and high school students
✅ No appointments—first come, first served
✅ Parent/guardian must be present
✅ Bring your health insurance card (or a copy)

Students needing school-required vaccines must first be seen for a well-child check. Sports physicals without insurance are $44.

Don't wait until the last minute—take advantage of this convenient opportunity to get ready for the new school year and fall sports!
