To All INA Families:

We hope you are all having an enjoyable summer! A few reminders before we begin the school year!

*INA will begin for all students Kindergarten-6th Grade on Tuesday, September 8th.
*AM Drop Off and PM Pick Up will be at the double doors to the main gym. AM Drop Off is at 7am, students cannot be accepted into the program before then. PM pick up is at 6pm. Please see Guardian Handbook regarding late pick up fee.
*Please feel free to send your child/children with breakfast or snack. WE ARE A NUT FREE PROGRAM.
*If your child has any medication that must be given during the program, you must drop off the medication and Individual Healthcare forms with doctor's signature to the program prior to start date. Medication must be in the original packaging. Staff will be available in the program Wednesday, September 2nd and Thursday, September 3rd to receive medication and paperwork between the hours of 3pm-5pm. Abington Public Schools will not and cannot accept medication on behalf of INA.
* If your child is prone to accidents please send in a change of clothing to be kept in their backpack.
*Please text the program phone (BBES 617-581-9321) (WES 781-660-3915) or contact us through Brightwheel if your child is going to be absent from the program. We are not affiliated with the school therefore we must be contacted separately.
*ALL GUARDIANS OF MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS ATTENDING INA MUST CONTACT APS TO SET TRANSPORTATION ASAP.
* Tuition payments will be collected the Friday before the week of service. Please see Guardian Handbook regarding payment and tuition schedule.
*ALL GUARDIANS MUST SEND A NOTE OR EMAIL TO THEIR CHILD'S TEACHER AT THE BEAVER BROOK WITH THEIR IMAGINE NATION ACADEMY SCHEDULE. THIS IS CRUCIAL FOR KEEPING ALL STUDENTS SAFE.

To All Parents/Guardians:

A few reminders: 1. Imagine Nation Academy AM/PM Programs will begin September 2nd. 2. You MUST send an email/note to your child's teacher at Abington Public Schools with your child's INA schedule. 3. AMS parents/guardians should have already contacted the Transportation Department at APS. 4. Invoices for the week of September 2nd-5th will go out on Wednesday with collection on Friday. 5. NO schedule changes will be accepted until October 1st for the safety of all students. 6. Please Text Program phones with absences. BBES (617) 581-9321. WES (781) 660-3915. 7. Children with severe allergies requiring medication MAY NOT begin INA until medication is at location with signed Medication Administration Form signed by Pediatrician. 8. Please send child with NUT-FREE SNACK. Looking forward to a safe and happy school year!

To All Guardians: Please be aware that Abington Public Schools has cancelled afternoon activities, therefore, Imagine Nation Academy will also be closed. Please make arrangements to have your child picked up at the end of the school day. Thank you and drive safe. INA
