As we near the completion of the Ash Carter Courtyard at , AEF would like to thank Pennsylvania State Representative, Rep. Ben Sanchez, for helping to identify and secure a $75,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Education to help fund the project alongside the many donations raised by the The Friends of Ash Carter AHS ’72 (FOA). Rep. Sanchez presented a check to AEF, FOA and during our annual fundraising event this past winter.

Please be advised: Skyward student and family access will be closed beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12 as we prepare for the 2026-2027 school year. Skyward will re-open at noon on Monday, Aug. 24. During the closure, Skyward will only be accessible to families for registration purposes.

Adjacent to the main entrance at Abington Senior High School, the new Ash Carter Courtyard is beginning to take shape! AEF is proud to have been part of this endeavor, organized by Ash's friends and former 1972 classmates. Just a few more weeks of construction to go!
