🔬🧪 Science Detectives at Work! 🔍

Our 6th graders have been busy putting their science skills to the test! Students are conducting experiments to observe the unique properties of five different powders as they learn how scientists identify unknown substances.

Through hands-on testing, careful observations, and a little detective work, our young scientists are learning to think critically and draw conclusions based on evidence!

Who knew a little powder could lead to so much learning? 🧪💙💛

🎃🧡 Who says pumpkins have to be round?!

Our Pre-K students in Mrs. Driscoll’s class had a blast last week reading *Spookley the Square Pumpkin*! 📚🎃

After enjoying the story, our little Knights got creative making their very own graham cracker pumpkins! They even learned a little about color mixing as they combined red and yellow food coloring to make the perfect orange frosting! 🧡💛❤️

It was a fun-filled activity with lots of smiles, creativity, and a sweet treat to enjoy! We love seeing our youngest Knights learning through hands-on activities and having so much fun along the way! 💙💛

In first grade, playing math games is a wonderful way to build strong addition skills!

When children play math games, they practice adding, develop number sense, learn to recognize patterns, and build confidence with math facts. They also learn to think strategically, solve problems, and explain their thinking — all while having fun!

The best part? Learning doesn’t always have to happen with a pencil and paper. Sometimes, the best math learning happens through play, teamwork, and a little friendly competition!

What a wonderful morning at St. Bridget School! 💙💛

A special thank you to our amazing 8th grade students for hosting today's Mass and helping make it such a beautiful celebration of faith and community.

We hope our 8th graders enjoyed their Collation Celebration following Mass! It was a special morning filled with faith, friendship, and SBS spirit.

Days like today remind us why it's always a great day to be a Knight! ⚔️💙💛

During the month of September, we celebrated the Fruit of the Spirit of Kindness! 💛

We are so proud of our ECC friends Joey and Maeve, along with our other classroom recipients, for showing kindness and care toward their friends, teachers, and classrooms.

Through the story Act Like God and our daily conversations, our students learn how to show God’s love through the way they treat others. These friends have been wonderful examples of kindness in action!

“Be kind and compassionate to one another.” — Ephesians 4:32

Keep spreading kindness, friends! 💛

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎉 WHAT AN AMAZING DAY AT SBS! 🎉🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Today was one for the record books! 💙❤️

Our SBS Fun Run was a HUGE success, and we are thrilled to announce that we officially BROKE A SCHOOL RECORD for the amount of money raised! 🏆🎉

But the best part? We had an absolute BLAST doing it! From the DJ pumping up the crowd, to the endless smiles, laughter, and excitement, and of course, the Kona Ice truck waiting at the finish, it was a day filled with fun, school spirit, and unforgettable memories! 🍧🎶

A HUGE and heartfelt thank you to our amazing Vice Principal, Mrs. O’Dwyer! ❤️ Her hard work, dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to making this fundraiser a success went above and beyond. Not only did she lead us to a record-breaking fundraising year, but she also kept our entire school entertained with her daily Fun Run announcements! Mrs. O’Dwyer, you truly outdid yourself, and we are so grateful for everything you did to make today possible! 👏💕

To our incredible SBS families, friends, and supporters, THANK YOU! Whether you donated, cheered from the sidelines, or came out to support our runners, you helped make this day such an incredible success.

Today was a perfect reminder of what makes our little SBS community so special. When we come together, amazing things happen! 💙❤️

🍁 Our Preschool friends had so much fun with scratch leaf art last week!

They loved scratching away to reveal all the bright colors underneath and creating their own colorful fall leaves. Such a fun little fall project! 🎨🍂
