Dr. Jake Benfield was awarded Penn State University's Faculty Outreach Award. This award is across the entire university system and they select one person each year for it. This is an enormous honor and one PSS could not be more excited to share with our colleague.

Benfield is 2020 recipient of Faculty Outreach Award | Penn State University Jacob Benfield, associate professor of psychology and social science at Penn State Abington, has received the 2020 Faculty Outreach Award.

Montemurro named distinguished professor | Penn State University The professor of sociology at Penn State Abington has been conferred the highest professorial distinction at Penn State.

PSS could not be more thankful that Dr. Valerie Jones Taylor from Lehigh University came to speak at Abington today! Our students from across the college and our faculty really enjoyed her talk.
