Talk about fun in the sun! Today’s Fourth Grade Celebration was a sensation. Thank you to Pam Neely for coordinating this extra special event. To our PTO, parent volunteers, 4th grade teachers, and SRO’s- another huge thank you for helping to make this occasion so memorable for our students… 🥳 🎈🎉
What a fun way to end the school year! ESL Family Night provided an opportunity to honor our students’ native cultures and hard work. Grade levels and individual students presented a variety of performances. Woodsdale students enjoyed presenting the poem, “Being Multilingual is My Superpower.” The audience was struck by our students’ rollerskating, soccer, and piano playing skills. Better than a Broadway show! So proud of our fourth grade actresses and actors who performed Finding Nemo last night. The singing, acting, costumes, and props were sensational. Thank you to our families for joining us. And an exceptional shout out to the director, Erin Sweeney, Mrs.Trabucco, for her tireless work organizing the production, and Sam Bonatti for assisting with all the details. 🎬🎼🎟️

Today is National Administrative Professional’s Day. As a tribute, we celebrated Ms. Caliendo’s important role at Woodsdale School. She received so many smiles, hugs, cards, and some selfies. When we asked the kids, “Do you know what the school secretary does?” The response was unanimous… “Yes! She does all the things!” 😂🤩🥳
A huge shout out to our incredible PTO for partnering with the Whale Dolphin Conservation and hosting Delilah the Right Whale. This 45 foot wonder swam over to Woodsdale today to dazzle our third graders. The children enjoyed a hands-on experience learning about these gigantic mammals, how they are important to the health of our oceans and what we can do to save them. 🐳🐳🐳
We were a little star struck 🤩 today at Woodsdale. A huge thank you and shout out to Pete Bouchard NBC10 Boston! Our third and fourth graders were in awe learning about “Wild Weather.” Check out our little future meteorologists (and a few candids of Pete teaching in action…)
