Please join us in congratulating HEALS Senior, Mr. Clark R.!

Clark has committed to attend the University of Virginia, where he will study Biology, following a highly competitive admissions season that included offers from Wake Forest University and the College of William & Mary, as well as the prestigious Brotherhood Scholarship from Hampden–Sydney College.

After carefully considering each opportunity, Clark has chosen the University of Virginia for its extensive research opportunities and strong foundation for future study in the sciences.

Congratulations Clark! We are so proud of you and cannot wait to see where this journey takes you!

Please join us in celebrating an incredible HEALS senior, Makinzy R., as she takes the next exciting step toward her future! She will be attending ETSU this fall to pursue nursing school, where she will begin her journey toward a rewarding career in healthcare.

Kinzy's future goals are truly inspiring — she plans to work as an ICU nurse, providing compassionate care to patients in critical need, and then continue her education with hopes of attending CRNA school.

We are so proud of Kinzy's dedication, ambition, and heart for helping others. There is no doubt she has an amazing future ahead, and we cannot wait to see all that she accomplishes!

Please join us in congratulating two outstanding HEALS students, Hayley A. and Madison C., as they officially signed into the Wytheville Community College RN program today! This is an incredible milestone and a testament to their hard work, dedication, and passion for pursuing a future in nursing.

Kimberlyn H. has committed to Emory & Henry University, where she will major in Biochemistry as she begins working toward an incredible future in healthcare and science.

In addition to Kimberlyn's acceptance, she has also been selected for the university’s Pre-Health Scholars Program and awarded the Pre-Health Scholarship — an amazing recognition of her hard work, dedication, and academic excellence.

Her future goals include continuing her education in biomedical engineering or attending medical school with hopes of becoming an OB/GYN.

We are incredibly proud of her ambition and all she has achieved, and we cannot wait to see all the amazing things her future holds!

Elaina S. has committed to a 6-year Aerospace Medicine contract with the United States Air Force, a remarkable achievement that reflects both dedication and a passion for making a difference. She will soon head to San Antonio for tech school, where she will begin building the foundation for an exciting and impactful career. From there, she will await her first base assignment and the many opportunities that lie ahead.
Elaina plans to continue her education while serving, working toward earning a doctorate and ultimately achieving her dream of becoming a flight surgeon.
Her courage to take on such a challenging and meaningful path is truly admirable. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and even more excited to see where this journey takes her.

Today we’re also celebrating HEALS Senior Isabella D. as she takes the next big step toward her future—committing to Ohio State University!

Her journey to this moment has been filled with perseverance, ambition, and a drive to succeed. There’s no doubt she will make the most of every opportunity that comes her way in Columbus and beyond. Belle plans to major in Nursing. After she graduates with her BSN, she plans to further her career and become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

We are so excited to watch her continue to grow, chase her dreams, and represent her community at the next level. Help us wish Belle the best as she starts this exciting new chapter!
