Today we celebrate the incredible school nutrition professionals who keep our students fueled and ready to learn each day. From early mornings to lunchtime smiles, they work hard behind the scenes to prepare meals, ensure food safety, and create welcoming cafeteria environments for all.

Home The WES Color Run 2026 is a fun, family-friendly event where students, staff, and community members run or walk through bursts of bright color while supporting an important cause.

During the week of April 13–April 17, Watauga Elementary will be collecting food gift cards for a Meadowview Elementary teacher and her family who lost their house in a fire last week. If you would like to contribute, please send any food gift card with your child. Teachers will get them to the office or you may drop them off to Ms. Hannah in the front office. Most importantly, please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they begin the difficult process of starting over. Thank you!

Let the challenge begin! The grade level that raises the most money towards our Color Run by this Thursday, April 16th will win a pizza party on Friday!
