Listening is not a switch that flips on because a child has been told to listen. It is a behavior that needs repeated practice in a structured environment.
In class, students get opportunities to hear a direction, try it, receive correction, and try again. The practice is not perfect every time—and that is part of the learning.
Training does not replace parenting, but it can give children another consistent place to practice attention, follow-through, and responsibility.
