Congratulations to our head coach Cody Knight for being awarded the Men’s Indoor Head Coach of the Year for the West Region!

Knight, in his fifth year as head coach at McMurry, led the War Hawks to a No. 1 ranking in the West Region. McMurry athletes lead the West Region in five events and rank top-10 nationally in two events: long jump and triple jump.

Congratulations to Dontre Sinegal for being named the Men’s West Region Field Athlete of the Year!

Dontre received this award for his 7.50m jump in the LJ and his 14.58m jump in the Triple Jump which were both ranked #1 in the West Region.

Congratulations to Freshman Brenna Stell for qualifying for the 2024 Indoor Track & Field National Championships!

Brenna will compete in the Pole Vault where she is ranked #16 with a mark of 3.78m

Congratulations to Junior Dontre Sinegal for qualifying for the 2024 Indoor Track & Field National Championships!

Dontre will compete in the LJ where he ranked #2 with a 7.50m, the TJ where he is ranked #10 with a 14.59m, and the 60 hurdles where he is ranked #18 with a 8.09

In the third edition of the USTFCCCA rankings, both the McMurry Men and Women take over the 1st place spot in the West Region!

After the 2nd Week of the USTFCCCA Regional rankings, our Men's team takes over the first place spot with our women in a narrow 2nd place spot!
