CHS 1993 Class Reunion

As many of you know, Jamie went to be with the Lord on May 16th. I have struggled to find the words to properly express myself and honor him. Jamie's life was a living testimony, and the love he showed to everyone he met has been so evident in all the beautiful posts over the last few weeks.

He lived boldly, loved boldly, followed his dreams boldly, and shared his faith boldly. He was a true ray of light in my life from the time we were in first grade together all the way to the last time I saw him at our reunion. I’ve loved seeing all the Facebook posts and his Lenetown swag.

Thank you, Ron Selman, for sharing the arrangement details with us. May we all take joy in having known Jamie, and try to live like him in showing that same love to others. ❤️

Hi Friends! I hope everyone is doing well!
We wanted to share news about our dear friend Jamie Merrill.

If you haven’t heard, Jamie had a heart attack this past Sunday & has been in the ICU in Abilene.

He is in critical condition. But we serve a mighty & healing God who can heal him! Jamie loves Jesus, Abilene & all his friends DEEPLY! The outpouring of love I’ve seen for him is amazing. Just like he is! 🙌

I’m believing God is giving him a tour of heaven so he can come back & tell us all about it!
