you heard it here…. if a 68 year old can do the mid holiday 5k, anyone can!! 🥧🎄

Registration has now been extended to Dec 10 so you can sign up and run all in the same day! We would love for y’all to get involved and support our program in a fun way!!

Hi friends! Our class is hosting the first ever virtual 5k, called the Mid-Holiday Run!! 🦃🥧🤍

Link to the website is in our bio with all the information to register but here are the basics:

Who: You and your family and friends!!
What: Virtual 5k called the Mid Holiday run (since it is between Thanksgiving and Christmas!)
When: November 26-December 10 at 11:59PM CT - but registration is open now and will close on November 25 at 11:59 PM CT.
Where: anywhere that is best for you (no treadmills or other running machines allowed)
Why: To raises money for our class for books/ study materials and graduation regalia
How: $20 per person and includes a Mid- Holiday Run sticker (venmo )

-Once registered, you will have 2 weeks to run a 5k and submit proof of your time and distance

-There will be a free t-shirt given to our top 3 fastest run time participants with their place on it

-T-shirts are optional to buy for an additional $22 if we get enough orders !
