Our Wylie FFA Chapter Officers had an incredible time representing our chapter at the 98th Texas FFA Convention in Fort Worth! 💙💛

Throughout the week, they attended leadership sessions, connected with FFA members from across Texas, and brought home new ideas and inspiration to help lead our chapter in the coming year.

A special congratulations goes to Parker Painter on earning the prestigious Lone Star FFA Degree! 🌟 This is the highest degree the Texas FFA Association can bestow upon its members and recognizes outstanding leadership, dedication, and success in agricultural education, FFA, and supervised agricultural experiences. This achievement reflects years of hard work, and we couldn’t be more proud of Parker!

Please extend a big congratulations to our very own, Leighton Phillips, for making it to the finals in Greenhand Creed Speaking. Leighton will compete today for the final time at the 2025 state contest for her ranking amongst the top 10 in the state! It’s a great day to be a Wylie Bulldog!

Today Wylie-Abilene FFA members attended the Big Country FFA District Convention.

Carson Stone did a phenomenal job as the 2024-2025 District President. Today he led the convention and retired his position.

JT Partin won 1st place in the talent competition, securing an advancement to the Area Contest.

Rylee Wright won 1st place in Extemporaneous Speaking, also securing an advancement to the Area Contest.

We were also represented by our officer team and other members that served as voting delegates. Please help us in congratulating our program on a great Convention!

Tonight at 6:30, at the Capital Farm Credit Display Building, 40 of our members will be exhibiting a total of 61 lots that they had make the Sale of Champions with. Our students have had a very successful county stock show this year. Please join us tonight in honoring them.
