Peruse the page photos for the products I currently have available and their prices, then send a message to the Lakehouse Games store page (not my personal account) with the following information:

- Product(s) to be purchased and number of units for each
- Name of customer (or name of order recipient if a gift)

In-Person Service:
Currently, Lakehouse Games does not have a brick-and-mortar location (hopefully someday!). Because of this, I offer a public meet-up service. The meet-up location is the Meijer parking lot at 3883 E Grand River Ave Howell, MI 48843. I chose here to ensure a friendly, familiar, and comfortable atmosphere for all involved. If you would prefer a different location, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please provide your desired meet-up time when you send your purchase request. Payment via Cash, Venmo, or PayPal will be accepted at the meet-up. Delivery Service:
I'm pleased to offer a delivery service to my local Howell, MI residents! For an additional $5 flat-rate fee, I will deliver your order to your front door, just as if you'd placed the order on Shipt or DoorDash. If you live outside of Howell, please refer to the In-Person or Shipping Service instructions. Residents who live within 15-20 minutes of the Howell Meijer, but not at a Howell address, are welcome to request the delivery service. Once you send me your address, I will confirm its location to ensure it's in my delivery area. Please note that I reserve the right to refuse delivery for any reason. For the delivery service, cash payments will be accepted for Hand-off orders only and will be subject to state taxes. If paying with cash, please ensure to add an additional $5 for the delivery fee. Once payment is received (or verified if paying cash), I will send a confirmation message when I am on my way. Please note that drop-off orders will arrive in a cardboard box, as if ordered for shipment, to ensure privacy and an arrival confirmation photo will be provided after delivery. Shipping Service:
All purchases will be shipped within one to two business days. I will send a confirmation message and/or e-mail when your order is being prepared for shipment, and then the tracking information once shipped. I use USPS Ground Advantage for all orders that weigh less than one pound. Any order more than one pound will be shipped using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail, depending on cost. I will confirm shipping cost with you before completing the purchase, as it will be added to the total. Payments for the Shipping Service will be accepted via Venmo or PayPal only. Most shipments should arrive within 3-5 business days of your order being placed, barring any delays by the mail carriers. Please note that peak periods may experience a slight delay. If the tracking information for your order has not updated after more than 10 business days, please let me know and I will do my best to assist you. POLICIES:

In-Person Service Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled for no extra cost any time before the meet-up has occurred. Please send me your request to cancel at least 30 minutes prior to the chosen meet-up time. Since payment occurs at the meet-up, no refund will need to be provided. Delivery Service Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled at any time before payment for no additional fee. If you have sent payment but have not yet received a confirmation message that I am on my way, please message me as soon as possible and I should be able to cancel your order and provide a refund at no extra cost via your payment method. Shipping Service Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled at no extra cost before the tracking information has been sent, as this means I have not yet purchased a shipping label. Any cancellations post-confirmation will result in a fee that matches the cost of the shipping label. Returns Policy:
Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that items are returned in the same condition they were originally shipped in, including the original packaging and, if possible, the shipping box, bubble wrap, and any packing paper or bubbles. Returns must be mailed within 30 days of the return shipping label being issued. Any return after 30 days will result in a 20% restocking fee being deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued within two business days after the receipt of goods. Refunds Policy:
Refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received (via Venmo or PayPal). Customers should expect to receive their refunds within 24-48 hours after the return shipment has arrived and been inspected. Because my merchandise is shipped by third-party carriers, title and risk of loss will be passed on to you once I deliver your order to the carrier. Please keep in mind that how a carrier handles your order is outside of my control, so I cannot offer replacements or refunds due to shipping damage. You may be able to receive one if you contact the carrier. Please note that I cannot control manufacturing variations, such as packaging blemishes, so I am unable to replace or refund items due to such conditions as well. For Funko products, please refer to the Replacement and Refund Policy on Funko's website (https://www.funko.com/replacement-policy), as I adhere to their conditions in regard to what is considered a "damaged" item. I understand that collectors have different definitions of "Mint Condition;" for that reason, the only guarantee I provide is that I will do everything in my power to ensure your product arrives unharmed and inform you pre-purchase if an item is damaged. If your item(s) arrives in a damaged condition that is not covered in this policy, please e-mail me at [email protected] and provide photos of the item(s) and the box they were shipped in. While I do my best to inform you whether an item is damaged before you purchase it, I am only human! In such instances, I will cover the cost of return shipping and/or provide a replacement if available and desired. Refused or Undeliverable Shipment Policy:
Packages returned because of purchase error or refused delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the issued refund. Please contact the carrier if you wish to arrange an alternate delivery. Lakehouse Games is not responsible for any fees associated with an alternate delivery. If an incorrect address is provided, please inform me before you receive the shipment tracking information, as this will ensure that a shipping label has not yet been purchased. If the shipping label has been created but the order is still in my possession, I can create an additional shipping label for a fee equivalent to the new shipping label cost. I cannot change the delivery address once an order has been given to the carrier. You will have to make a request directly with the carrier. Damaged Box Purchases:
Any listings labeled as "Damaged Box" are recommended only for out-of-box collectors. The Damaged Box label means that the original packaging has received any manner of damage-- whether as a result of manufacturing, carrier shipping, or some other means--but the inner figure remains unharmed and usable for display.
