AMS shirts are on sale! Get your orders in! We will have a limited supply at Back to School Night on 8/12. This is a fundraiser for our campus that provides fun incentives for students!

AMS School Shirts (students) Orders will be available through 8/23/24. The order must be paid in advance. Students may bring shirt money to the office.

Have you signed in to your Connect family portal yet? While it’s not required, it is the best way to keep up-to-date and make sure you don’t miss any notifications. From the Connect family portal, you can view all communications and upcoming events in one easy place. This is also how you can initiate conversations with your students’ teachers.

Signing In for the First Time
-From a SchoolStatus Email: Click the button at the bottom of the email to get started.
-From a SchoolStatus Text: Click the link in the text to get started.
-Follow the prompt to enter your first and last name, create a password, and select your language preference.

Signing In on the Web
-Visit www.schoolstatus.com/log-in and select “Connect”
-Select one of the Single Sign-On methods as it applies.
-If not using Single Sign-On, enter your email address or mobile phone number and click “Continue.”

Signing In from the Mobile App
-Download the mobile app by searching “SchoolStatus Connect” in your app store.
-Bypass “Choose Your Role” and instead, click “Sign In”.
-Select one of the Single Sign-On methods as it applies.
-If not using Single Sign-On, enter your email address or mobile phone number and click “Continue.”

Don't forget, we will provide Online Registration Assistance this evening from 5-7 p.m. Please share with parents and guardians who would like us to help them with online registration or would like to use our computers to complete the process.

Online registration begins today for all returning students! New students will need to pick up a paper packet in the office.

Online registration is open for returning students from today until August 12th.

To complete registration you will need a ParentPortal Account linked to your child(ren). This requires an active email and a ParentPortal code that you should have received in the mail.

Your household income information to submit Household Information Survey. Registration will not allow you to proceed without this, but you can save your progress and resume at a later time.

If you're still needing to get your student caught up on immunizations here are two opportunities to get that completed. Both vaccine clinics are being held on August 3rd, see the times in the flyer. The Covenant clinic vaccines are $8 each. The Civic Center Clinic will only offer vaccines for uninsured, medicaid/CHIP, those will be free. Covenant Clinic will also offer sports physicals. The Civic center will have free backpacks and school supplies.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Parents and Guardians, all returning student registration will be online for the 2024-2025 school year. You MUST have a ParentPortal with your student(s) linked to your account in order to complete the registration. Registration for all students is scheduled to open July 24th.

Happy 4th of July from AMS Cheer!🇺🇸

Have you heard the news?! Students returning to Abernathy ISD will do online registration for the 2024-25 School Year. You can register your children from the comfort of your homes. No packet necessary unless you're new to the district!

However, if you want some help through the process or if you'd like to use our computers and internet, we are providing access to a computer lab to help you for two evenings: July 25th and 30th from 5-7 p.m.

We will open registration on ParentPortal for everyone the 4th week of July so please check back for more information later this month! Happy July everyone!
