We are a licensed, play-based, in-home childcare center that has cared for children in our community for over 30 years. Our small, warm environment emphasizes exploration, creativity, and joyful learning.

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Childcare Assistant to join our team starting September 1, 2026.

Position details

• 20+ hours per week

• Flexible schedule with weekly postings

• Play-based, in-home setting

• Must be comfortable working directly with infants and young children

Requirements

• Valid DCYF background check

• Current infant and child CPR with basic first aid certification

• Food handler’s card

• Negative TB test

• Sleep Safe training

• Childcare Basics training

Please no early drop off. I only have 15 minutes between programs. Please no parking on the grass across the street or uturns in the neighbors driveway
Kids need to bring a towel and extra cloths if they choose to get wet
Or wear swimsuit under sweats for a quick change. I will provide snacks and water bottles.
I will have a craft every night if your child wants to do it!
