Happy Administrative Assistant’s Day to our own Brooklyn Cantrell! She came in the middle of the year, and is doing her best to keep our administrator and the rest of us in line. She’s doing a great job, and we’re glad she’s a part of our CTC team! Brooklyn Cantrell, hope you had a loaded tea kind of day!

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year, Caleb Nowell. Mr. Nowell is a great asset to our campus. He is always looking for ways to help his collision students be successful. He’s a team player, and we are glad to have him at the CTC, even though he does try to scare us with the crash dummy from time to time.

Welcome to the Real World! Kayla Dowden, Monroe County 4-H Agent, facilitated a Reality Fair for our students. All students learned some valuable life lessons about expenses! Stretching that dollar is not easy!

Busy week last week, but we can’t miss giving a shout out to our SRO, Officer Ward. Thanks for all you do for us!

Wow! What a great experience we all had at the Monroe County Career Showcase!

The United States is facing a projected deficit of 6.5 million skilled workers over the next decade. CTE is the answer!

Shout out to our CTE School Counselor and our Student Services Coordinator. They love to help students be successful, and we appreciate them.

We are proud of the entire group, but would like to give a shout out to Blake Gosa for placing 2nd in Carpentry and to Hayden Denley and Will Hanna for taking 1 and 2 in Extemporaneous Speaking. Thanks to Mr. Stark and Mr. Ling for taking our students to Skills USA District Competition.
