Emeline Glover is Student Government Association's 2020-2021 President. She is from Sioux Falls, SD, and is currently studying at Northern for a Bachelor’s in English with a minor in Music. Emeline joined SGA in 2019, saying she wanted to take a more active role in contributing to the larger conversation on campus. When asked what she hoped to accomplish through SGA, Emeline said she wanted “to uphold the standards Northern has identified and to help build the foundations for a more inclusive campus.” Through SGA, Emeline has been able to gain insight into the entirety of campus and has a new respect for those she works with. When Emeline is not in meetings or fighting for inclusivity on campus, she is hanging out with her dog Sadie or thrifting. She also enjoys baking, but it is not one of her strong suits! Say hi to your SGA president, Emeline Glover!
