Aberdeen Bulldawgs vs. Calhoun City is coming up, and we’re gearing up with spirit tattoos on Friday, September 13th! For just $1.00, you can get TWO tattoos to show your support! 💙🎉

🗓️ All money is due by Thursday, September 12th to your homeroom teacher. 📏 Max: 4 tattoos per student (only 2 will be applied at school).

This week has been full of excitement at Aberdeen Elementary! Our students had the chance to shop at the Dawg Pound, and it was such a hit! 🎉 The kids were thrilled to pick out their favorite items. We love seeing their smiles and the excitement in their eyes as they enjoy the rewards of their hard work! Huge shout out to Mrs. Boyd, who works hard to make sure that moments like these are possible for our students! 🐾

PTO's Face Paint Friday event was a huge success! 🎨 Our students had an amazing time showing off their school spirit, and we loved seeing all the creative designs. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event happen and to all the kids who participated.

Today, Mrs. Goode's fourth-grade students enjoyed their first day of science class. 🧪📚 They learned about the steps of the Scientific Method 🔬 and had the opportunity to practice our school-wide theme: "Together Everyone Achieves More" during their lab activities. 🤝✨ It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and teamwork! 🌟👏😁

🎉 We had the best first day back here at Aberdeen Elementary! 🎉

A quick reminder for all our amazing parents:

- Students can start entering the building at 7:10 each morning.
- Breakfast and gates will close at 7:30.
- Students arriving after 7:30 will be counted as tardy and will need to be signed in at the front office.
- Students will not be allowed to check out after 2:30 PM.
- Our school day ends at 2:55, and dismissal begins promptly at that time.
