It’s such a blessing to have a community of parents that are willing to sacrifice not only financially but also their time and their energy to give their children an exceptional education.

We are excited to announce we have hired our 1st-2nd grade teacher for the upcoming school year, Jessica Friberg!

Jessica comes to Veritas with over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages in public schools, children's ministry, and most recently, over a decade as a youth services librarian where she used her teaching skills to support families with their children's development through STEAM programs, educational spaces, and teaching library workers how to support parents in their child's learning and development.

Jessica was born and raised in Grays Harbor. She was homeschooled K through 12th grade, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education, and her Master of Arts in Information Resources. She is an artist, teacher, book lover, life-long learner, and committed follower of Jesus.

She believes that every person is special and created in the image of God with unique personality traits, interests, and talents that need to be encouraged, developed, and guided in an engaging and supportive environment.

Jessica is excited to join the Veritas Classical Academy and be part of a school committed to teaching children through a Christ-centered education!

Our K-8th Christian school is located at Grays Harbor Foursquare Church and educates on a 4 day school week(Tuesday-Fridays).

We aim to come alongside parents to help educate and influence their children to love God and others. We are a Christ-centered community where students grow in faith, character, and purpose through intentional instruction and discipleship.
