It's Meet Your National Line Officers Monday!
Cynthia Davis of Maryland was elected to the office of National Conductor of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States (VFW) Auxiliary at its 113th National Convention in Reno, Nevada. A Life Member of John and Samuel Tyson-Wilbert Walker Memorial Auxiliary 8509 in Maryland, she joined on the eligibility of her brother, who served in the U. S. Army from 1965 to 1969 during the Vietnam War.
Davis has served the organization in many capacities, including as Auxiliary, District and Department President, National District Council Member #3 and National Membership Eastern Conference Coach. She is retired and her family includes four children, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Davis enjoys volunteering for the Auxiliary at a VA Medical Center, Gilchrist Center and Moveable Feast.
She is a member of the Lady Patriots of Eastern Shore for Veterans and is the Supreme Grand Secretary for the Order of the Eastern Star.
