What an incredible recital weekend at ✨The Midnight Library!✨

A reminder to our dance families that the studio is closed for pictures this week 5/18-5/21 with classes resuming Tuesday 5/26 with an adjusted schedule. See Band for more details.

This weekend Company Elite travelled to Hampstead, MD for a very full day of competition with , where their commitment and love of dance were on full display, earning the studio “Pure Passion” award! We are so incredibly proud of our dancers for showing up and sharing what makes our studio so special!

While we will be heading to at the end of the month for one last competition of the season, Company Elite also shares their group pieces at our recital each year! Tickets to this year’s recital The Midnight Library are on sale now at the link in our bio! It’s going to be an amazing show full of storytelling, artistry, and of course, “pure passion!”

Another competition weekend down, another studio award! 🌟🌟🌟

In addition to an abundance of individual dancer and group awards at competition, The School of Music and Dance achieved the Entertainment award, given to the studio who demonstrated the best entertainment value with their routines, choosing interesting music, creating original stories, and elevating their pieces with creative choreography. Our large group piece Rose Dawson also received the award for the top group score in the competitive category! This unique piece uses every single competition dancer to tell the story we all know in a brand new way. Congratulations to all of our dancers for bringing their best to this dance and to the stage all weekend.

Nebula Performing Arts Company is once again hosting a Wing Feed fundraiser directly benefiting the dancers in this nonprofit organization. While this event is a super fun way to end the year for the adult members of our dance family, it’s an incredible night for community members as well! With AYCE wings and fries, complimentary soda, beer, and water, countless 13 jars and games of chance, raffles, and a dj, this FUN-raiser is a night to remember!

This event is 21 and over only and directly benefits the Nebula Performing Arts Company. Tickets can be purchased with Venmo using the link in our bio, or you can purchase directly with one of our dancers!

While we saw a wide variety of talent, commitment, and perseverance from our dancers at , we cannot let mention of this competition pass by without celebrating two incredible dancers for their extra special achievements: 9 year old Waverly Culver and 15 year old Hannah Schoenberger were honored with 3Sixty Exceptional Dancer Awards for their age divisions, Waverly’s for the Mini group and Hannah’s for teen 🏆🏆

These awards were granted to one dancer from each division who the judges felt demonstrated excellence in dance, considering technique, showmanship, and artistry.

Please join us in congratulating Waverly and Hannah, and special thanks to Miss Taylor and Miss Kendra for their choreography and training 🩷

What an amazing start to our competition season! We kicked things off at and for the second year in a row, our studio brought home the X-Factor award in the “expert”/advanced division!

We are absolutely BEYOND proud of every single dancer who stepped on that stage this weekend, from our first time competition dancers to our senior. We saw all of your hard work: the early mornings, the long days, the (extremely) quick changes, the warmups, the run-throughs, the help you gave each other without question, and the passion you brought to the stage in every number, showing everyone in the room exactly who we are as a studio.
