With the 2025–2026 school year coming to a close, we don’t want summer to begin without celebrating an incredible accomplishment! 🎉🦅💙💛

Because of our amazing our teachers, students, and staff’s teamwork and determination, 91% of our K–2 students achieved Benchmark on DIBELS…The highest percentage in Vermilion Parish!

This achievement belongs to our entire Eagle Family! Thank you to our dedicated teachers for their commitment to excellence, our supportive parents for partnering with us every step of the way, and our amazing students for working hard and giving their best each day.

We are so proud of what our students have accomplished and grateful for everyone who helped make this success possible. Together, we continue to soar higher!

🦅💙 After an inspiring few days at the Teacher Leader Summit in New Orleans, our FIEB teachers are returning with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and excitement for the year ahead!

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and collaborate as we prepare to welcome our Eagles back next year. Wishing everyone a happy, relaxing summer—we can’t wait to see what the new school year will bring! ☀️📚✨

Make note of the uniform changes for the 2026-2027 school year. Athletic style/ spandex skirts are not allowed. Only skirts that are khaki and navy are permissible and must follow length guidelines. Pants cannot have cargo pockets, and all pants 1-8 must have belt loops and cannot be “pull-on” pants.

What a way to celebrate an AMAZING year of positive behavior! ☀️🦅💦

Today, students who earned 0 office referrals and 0 infractions for the entire school year enjoyed a PBIS Reward Celebration filled with water slides, a dunk tank, dance parties, and outdoor play time with friends!

We are so proud of these students for consistently showing what it means to SOAR by making positive choices, respecting others, and following expectations all year long.

Our FIEB students who reached their yearly AR goals were rewarded with a swimming field trip to Southern Oaks Country Club in Abbeville, La! 💙💛🫶🏼
We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and generosity shown by the Country Club in partnering with our school to help celebrate our students’ hard work and dedication to reading this year. Experiences like these create lasting memories and motivate our students to continue striving for success.
