🌋 Our Summer Camp scientists had an exciting day creating homemade volcanoes! The children explored a fun hands-on science experiment while learning about chemical reactions as they watched their volcanoes erupt.

Activities like this encourage curiosity, critical thinking, observation, and teamwork while making learning fun and memorable. There’s nothing better than seeing the excitement on their faces as they discovered science in action!

Yesterday, we had some very special visitors at Little Scholars! 🇺🇸👑

The Erath Fourth of July Queens stopped by to spend time with our little friends and read stories to them. The children loved listening to the books, asking questions, and meeting these wonderful role models from our community.

Our Two-Year-Old Class had a wonderful day full of learning and fun! 🌈

Some of our friends enjoyed playing Twister, where they practiced identifying shapes and colors while strengthening their listening skills, balance, and coordination. They had so much fun matching the correct colors and shapes while following directions!

Meanwhile, the rest of the class explored our water sensory buckets. 💦 Sensory play encourages curiosity, fine motor development, and hands-on learning as children scoop, pour, and discover different textures.

Our 1½-year-old class had a wonderful time coloring their Fourth of July coloring sheets! This fun activity helped strengthen their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and pencil grip while encouraging creativity and color recognition.

As they explored the red, white, and blue colors of Independence Day, our little learners practiced making choices, expressing themselves through art, and building confidence in their abilities. We love watching them learn through fun, hands-on experiences every day!
