Country Bears Head Start

THANK YOU , THANK YOU, THANK YOU TO ALL OUR AWESOME PARENTS. The teachers at Country Bears really felt the love this week. We were truly overwhelmed with all the thoughtful gifts and letters. We would also love to thank our wonderful site manager for starting the week with donuts and boudin , then ending the week with cake. Everything was greatly appreciated. 😊

I would like to let my staff know that I think they are the greatest—- truly. They make the children feel safe, loved and excited to learn every single day. Their patience, creativity and dedication shape the children’s earliest memories and build a foundation for their future success. I appreciate everything y’all do and I celebrate y’all this week and always.

Happy Mother’s Day to all our beautiful mothers who came today to celebrate an early Mother’s Day with their child. The children worked on a craft with their moms then they were treated to cupcakes and juice.

Congratulations to Mrs. Stephanie Adlard. She was the winner of our Spring Raffle today. We would like to thank all of our parents for really hustling and making sure that all the tickets got sold. The raffle was a great success and we couldn’t have done it without all our parents help.

To go along with the Reduce Reuse Recycle book study, students in Mrs. Jennifer and Ms. Victoria’s class made paper plate earths. The green paint represented the grass and the blue paint represented the sky.

🎒✨ Kindergarten Tour Fun! ✨🎒

Today was such a special day for our little learners! Our class had the opportunity to visit Kaplan Elementary for a kindergarten tour, and the excitement was absolutely priceless. From exploring the campus to meeting new faces, our students got a glimpse of all the fun and learning that awaits them next year.

We are so thankful to the staff at Kaplan Elementary for welcoming us with open arms and taking the time to show our students around. Your kindness and hospitality made this experience truly memorable! 💛

Today our little learners had so much fun celebrating Earth Day by planting seeds and learning how to take care of our planet! 🌱✨ We talked about ways to help the Earth, like recycling, planting, and keeping our environment clean.

The students were so excited to get their hands dirty and start growing their own plants! 🌼 Watching them learn and explore reminds us how important it is to teach kindness—not just to each other, but to our Earth too. 💕

We can’t wait to watch our plants grow! 🌿

Mrs. Shanna & Mrs. Macy’s class has been busy learning all about recycling! Our little learners are discovering how to sort paper, plastic, glass, and metal to help keep our planet clean and healthy. 💚

We are so proud of how they are practicing taking care of the Earth—one item at a time! 🌱✨

The children had a special guest waiting for them as they
got off the busses this morning. The Easter Bunny came to Head Start today. We would like to thank all our parents for coming out and helping the teachers with the egg hunt and classroom parties. As you can see from the pictures the children had a fun and exciting day. We would like to wish all our families a very blessed Easter.
