During our days,when a learner would excel in their national exams,the parents of that learner would come to school carrying a bunch of matooke and a c**k to approach the teachers for the good work done.

Now days it's the other way round. The schools are buying expensive gifts to appreciate the learners that have excelled.

In some schools am told, parents of brilliant students are paid sums of money not to take their children to other schools 😳..

Unfortunately,in all this drama the teachers and the non teaching staff will continue to be paid meager salaries which don't even come on time . This is because the system today,is undermining the teacher as less important,but rather the student that excelled as most important 🤗

Should the learners fail,hooooo.then the teacher will carry all the insults for failing the learners 😞😞😞

Miserable teachers are stressed, frustrated and depressed. They won't teach your child well and therefore won't learn❣️.

Stop taking your child for coaching because your are interested in good grades.

Instead teach your child business,go with them to your business.

Take them to a music or soccer academy to nurture their talent.

Take them for a short vocational course in carpentry,mechanics etc.

These skills are more important than wasting your money in coaching.

Do this,u will thank me later 🙏❣️
