Prime view Education centre situated in Tororo ... its a primary school with nursery and primary section,. WELCOME TO < PRIME VIEW EDUCATION CENTRE> A PLACE WHERE QUALITY EDUCATION AND DISCIPLINE IS PARAMOUNT TO EVERY INDIVIDUAL IN THE INSTITUTION.

WE ARE LOCATED IN UGANDA IN A DISTRICT CALLED TORORO, BEHIND TORORO PROGRESSIVE ACADEMY.WE CATER FOR BOTH GIRLS AND BOYS AND ALSO HAVE BOARDING SECTION FOR BOTH GIRLS AND BOYS FROM AS FAR AS NURSERY TO PRIMARY SEVEN. HERE AT OUR SCHOOL WE BELIEVE THAT THERE IS NO DULL STUDENT UNLESS HE OR SHE HAS NOT PASSED THROUGH THE RIGHT EDUCATION SYSTEM. WITH AS THE SCHOOL COMPOUND IS JUST SO CONVENIENT FOR R

Summary of Presidents speech on Covid-19
1. Schools to close from tomorrow for 42 days
2. All teachers to be vaccinated, otherwise should not be allowed in school.
3. Churches & mosques to close for 42 days
4. Public gatherings such as conferences are suspended for 42 days
5. Travel from category A countries is suspended. Only India is in this category
4. Social gatherings are allowed for only 20 people. Must observe SOPs
5. Burials not to exceed 20 people
6. Open markets suspended for 42 days
7. Public transport between districts is suspended from 10th for 42 days
8. Public transport within a district is allowed but with strict SOPs
9. Bars, cinemas etc remain closed
10. Spot activities to continue without spectators
11. Public offices to observe SOPs & observe 30% level on rotational basis
12. Private vehicles to operate only within district & carrying only 3 people including driver.
13. Supermarkets etc to close at 7 p.m
14. Saloons etc to operate using SOPs but close at 7 pm
15. Private cars can cross borders with 3 persons only
16. Curfew from 5.30 a.m to 9 pm

1. Government will not allow any drivers to enter Uganda or leave the borders without Negative results for COVID-19
2. Medics will be awarded with medals when the pandemic is over.

3. Masks MUST be worn all the time when in public. Government will provide masks free of charge to all Ugandans above 6 years of age.

4. Shops selling general merchandise are allowed to operate
5. Traders who have been sleeping in markets are allowed to commute from home.
6. Public transport allowed to operate for as long as they operate half the number of passengers. However, public transport will not be allowed to operate in districts near the borders for 21 days.
7. Open markets not allowed to operate until vaccine is found
8. Boda bodas are not allowed to carry any passengers
9. Open end of education phases ie. candidates classes, final year students at universities, final year graduate students, etc. But, this will be effective after 14days when masks are fully distributed.
10. Hotels & restaurants are allowed to open
11. Private vehicles with only 3 people are allowed to operate.

ALL THE ABOVE WILL BE EFFECTIVE AFTER DISTRIBUTION OF MASKS BY GOVERNMENT IN 14 DAYS TIME. #StayHome #StaySafe

[04/04/20]   *MINISTRY OF EDUCATION COVID-19 RESPONSE HIGHLIGHTS*

1. The 30 days of quarantine are expected to end on April 20th. If all goes according to plan,
Term 1 will open April 27th, 2020 to June 12th, 2020.

Term 2 will be from June 22nd to September 4th.

3rd term will open on 21st September 2020 and close on the 19th December.
Holidays are to be shortened to allow more coverage.

2. The Ministry is to organise lessons that can reach all students and has secured free learning airtime on radio and TV to engage students of all classes in an organised manner. More information about this will be provided. Teachers are encouraged to prepare material for the next terms as well as, remedial work based on these lessons.

3. No additional fees should be charged when Term 1 resumes.

4. The Ministry has suspended any form of examinations during the #Covid19 crisis because some students lack the infrastructure to do them.

5. There will be no formal or end of term examinations at the End of Term 1.

6. Schools will only have one mock examination which will happen at the end of term 2.

7. Should the lockdown be prolonged, the Ministry will also communicate and find ways of engaging the learners.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I LOSE MY CERTIFICATE OR SLIP?

UNEB does not issue duplicate certificates. In case of loss/damage of result slips and/or certificates, a letter of verification of results is issued to serve the concerned candidate. These are issued on request by individuals, educational institutions, employers and government agencies that carry out investigations. The requirements for this service are: (i) Individuals should:

bring a letter from school/centre of sittingcome in person. Candidates outside the country should send a copy of the identity document and a letter authorizing someone else to process the document.bring a letter from Police , in case of loss or damage of slip/certificatepresent a copy of a valid identity cardpay processing fees as determined from time to time. Payment will be made to the Cashier and an appropriate receipt issued. The approved fee effective January 2015 is 40,000 shillings for an ordinary letter and 80,000 shillings for a Hard Card that serves as substitute for a certificate.
