Peak Heritage Foundation, Ltd. PHF is an initiative to bring educational services closer to the children in the rural community of Peak Heritage Foundation, Ltd.

(PHF) was founded in September 2009. PHF is the Parent Company of Heritage Education Center (HEC). Heritage Education Center is an initiative to bring educational services closer to the children in the rural community of Osuguro, Serere District, North-East of Kampala in Uganda, East Africa. Through Heritage Education Center, we seek to be able to offer supporting programs targeting disadvantaged

children and youth of rural areas at a reduced cost. We also seek to lower socio-cultural barriers to girls’ attendance by bringing a school and boarding facility closer. Furthermore, we seek to offer expanded and improved instructional processes that lead to children’s achievement of literacy, numeracy and basic life skills. Finally, we seeks to use pre-primary programs and other measures to prepare children for the intellectual requirements of primary school.
