*THE ANINELIA GENIC EDUCATION SERVICES - PREPARED FOR GREATNESS*
The LORD has layed a theme this in our heart: *"PREPARED FOR GREATNESS"*,
taken from the book of Ezra. The word says:
~"On the first day of the first month he began his journey from Babylon, and on
the first day of the fifth month he came to Jerusalem, according to the good hand of his God upon him. *For Ezra had prepared his heart* to seek the Law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances* in Israel."_ *(Ezra 7:9-10 NKJV)*
*EXEGESIS:*
As we commemorate our *07th Anniversary as a School* this year, like Ezra, our hearts is prepared to:
1. *Seek the Law of the Lord*, and to
2. *Do them*, and to
3. *Teach God's statutes* and ordinances in our generation.
*RELEVANCE:*
The expression in our spirit is clear. We recognize that:
1. From the first day of the first month, Ezra began _*“The Journey from ‘Our Babylon’"*_ _(i.e.; Moving from "The Place of captivity": Lack of Godly Counsel, Poverty, Limitations, ineffectiveness, etc.)._
2. Getting _*"To Our Jerusalem"*_ _(i.e.; To Providence: The Place of Uncensored Godly Counsel, Vitality, Prosperity, Effectiveness, etc.)._
*The Good hand of God is on ANINELIA*
RATIONALE:
It's our conviction that the knowledge of God _(and His Christ)_ is the ultimate goal of
education, being the foundation of wisdom, and from which the working of exploits derives its authority.
This is an obvious threat to the kingdom of darkness, the reason why Christian education is
Held in contempt. _(We have had our fair share of challenges, some of which could have
taken us out. But *The Good Hand of the Lord* has helped us.
*CONCLUSION:*
Thus, *Celebrating Aninelia’s Seventh Years Existence* as a School:
1. It is our *"Statement of Honour and Gratitude to our God."*
2. It is also our *Statement of Faith and Confidence in God's Ability* to sustain the work that He begun in Aninelia, and we trust that He will see it to completion.
3. We are choosing to take our *Eyes Off-The-Storms* that's around us, and putting on the One who is Lord over the storms.
4. We know that in many ways, *Seven Years is “Symbolic of Rest”*. Therefore, as we celebrate, we are *Decreeing a Season of Rest, Release, Healing and God’s Perfection Us* for His missionary work in Aninelia.
Our hope is that all stakeholders will leave this special service with a new resolve to take
the *Aninelia's Mandate as a "Personal Call"*, and we each recommit before God to do our individual part with
renewed zeal, excellence and triumph, as we...:
_“… lay aside every weight and sin that ensares us, and run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus."_
*(Hebrews, 12:2)*
