ADMISSIONS FOR ALL CLASSES ARE ONGOING.

We are thrilled to open our doors again for all pupils as schools are set to reopen on the 10th of January 2022. ASPIRE KINDERGARTEN AND PRIMARY SCHOOL is working tirelessly to prepare classrooms and lessons to ensure all staff, teachers, pupils, and parents feel confident enough to get back to school. We are already putting in safety measures that can strongly reassure you that when children return to school, they will be safe. What are we doing?

✔️All surfaces in the school will be disinfected frequently
✔️All pupils and staff will always have their masks on
✔️We will conduct daily health checkups for pupils and staff
✔️We will ensure that physical distancing is maintained by all pupils and teachers

exciting and engaging experiences. We enable our children to be creative, confident, independent learners who embrace challenge and aim high. Through our nurturing ethos, we develop caring young people who respect and understand others.

Children have different strategies for learning and achieving their goals. A few children in a classroom will grasp and learn quickly, but at the same time there will be those who have to be repeatedly taught using different techniques for the student to be able to understand the lesson. Our teachers create a positive relationship with our children

Our teachers continuously monitor the student in order for him or her to be aware of any difficulties the student is having. Understanding the child’s problem, fear, or confusion gives the teacher a better understanding the child’s learning difficulties. Once the teacher becomes aware of the problems, he or she will have more patience with the student, thus making the child feel secure or less confused when learning is taking place in the classroom.

The communication between the child and the teacher serves as a connection between the two, which provides a better atmosphere for a classroom environment. The more the teacher connects or communicates with his or her children , the more likely they will be able to help children learn at a high level and accomplish quickly.

Children in primary feel the urge to talk about their problems, fears, or even show their knowledge, but at the same time they want to be listened too. The pupil will feel valued and respected. Children feel flattered when the teacher eventually gives them the option of contributing, or in other words the teacher asks for an opinion, which is often offered to our children

HOW TO INSPIRE MANNERS IN YOUR CHILDREN.

1.
When entering the house greet your children or even hug them. This should help develop their sense of love and self worth.

2.
Be good to your neighbours and never backbite. Never speak ill of other drivers when on the road. Your children would listen, absorb and emulate.

3.
When calling your parents, encourage your children to speak to them. When visiting your parents take your children with you. The more they see you take care of your parents the more they will learn to take care of you.

4.
When driving them to school, don't always play albums or cds in the car. Rather, tell them some motivational stories yourself. This will have a greater impact - trust me!

5.
Read to them a short story and even a scripture a day – it doesn't take much time, but very impactful in creating strong bonds and wonderful memories.

6.
Comb your hair, clean your teeth and wear presentable cloths even if sitting at home and not going out for the day. They need to learn that being clean and tidy has nothing to do with going out!

7.
Try not to blame or comment on every word or action they say or do. Learn to overlook and let go sometimes. This certainly builds their self-confidence.

8.
Ask your children's permission before entering their rooms. Don't just knock and enter, but then wait for a verbal permission. They will learn to do the same when wanting to enter your room.

9.
Apologize to your children if you made a mistake. Apologizing teaches them to be humble and polite.

10.
Don't be sarcastic or make fun of their views or feelings, even if you "didn't mean it" and was "only joking". It really hurts.

11.
Show respect to your children's privacy. Its important for their sense of value and self-esteem.

12.
Don't expect that they will listen or understand the first time. Don't take it personal. But be patient and consistent.

13.
Pray with them. Show them how to pray. Lead by example.
