Young Creators at Work!

At St. Kizito Junior School, learning goes far beyond the classroom! Our pupils are taught to create handmade crafts such as colorful keyholders, beaded bangles, intricate scrapbooks, and other artistic pieces.

These hands-on activities nurture creativity, boost confidence, and develop fine motor skills. More importantly, they help our learners appreciate the value of craftsmanship, patience, and self-expression — all while having fun!

We were delighted to host officials from Saraya International at St. Kizito Junior School, Namugongo! Their visit was part of a benchmarking initiative to understand the Ugandan education sector, and we were honored that we were among their chosen schools.

During their tour, the officials were particularly impressed with our unique hands-on skills program and practical curriculum. They noted the striking similarities between our educational approach and the methods employed in Japan, highlighting the universal value of quality practical education.

Our pupils thoroughly enjoyed showcasing their projects and explaining their learning processes.

Remember that one kid who took off before the whistle blew? Or the epic moment when someone ran the wrong way?
Sports Day at St. Kizito Junior School was EVERYTHING—speed, sweat, victory dances, and a few graceful falls. But most importantly, it was a day of fun, friendship, and fierce competition!
💪 Some were in it to WIN it! 🏆�😂 Some were just there for the snacks. 🍔�🔥 But in the end, we all walked away as CHAMPIONS!
Because sports teach us more than just running fast—they build confidence, teamwork, and that never-give-up attitude.
