Today 17/03/2023, the school being headed by the current Head teacher (Mr Salim M. Kiggundu), has conducted a duwa (prayer supplication) for the deceased bodies who were great and long serving stakeholders of Namasumbi SS. These include; the late HM Mr. Ssegujja Abdul Magid Mabirizi (died on 08/January/2023 the late HM Mr. Kizito Musoke Abudallah (died in September, 2021) & the late Mr. Katongole Isa (died on 13/02/2023)
