Start preparation now. The following are key to note
1. health(Blood, Mental & Physical body fitness),
2. Academic papers,
3. Identification Documents etc.
4. 18 - 25. (30yrs negotiable depending on your expertise field)
5. Stop alcohol and smoking now
6. start exercising now
7. start blood tests, pressure. Hepatitis B and other tests now.
8. Academic papers from recognized institution.
9. Dont risk forgery of papers punishments are very severe.
The following fields are of interest.
1. Medical, (all fields)
2. Mechanics, Civil Eng.
3. I.T/Comp Sci.
4. Law,
5. Agric (to advice in NAADS),
6. Finance (UPDF WASSACO).
7. S4 and S6.
8. weather and climate
9. Journalism
10. other causes should also try their luck
NB
Do not be miss led UPDF no longer recruit civilians direct for CADET at the moment. It is mandatory that every civilian recruited irrespective of education level must first go for 09 months Basic infantry military course, then you will be send for CADET when you are already a soldier. Every year there is CADET intake but for in service soldiers. The fact here is that we send people whose discipline, academic papers, physical fitness and mental capabilities have been tested. The ball is in your hands. And preparation starts now.
I believe as member of our community and some one in the system. it is very imperative for me to alert my people as early as possible. official communication shall be made. and this information is subject to changes

Dear team,
Greetings.
Through SRPG's i learn of a visiting professor to UCU next week on Thursday, 4th August. He comes from Wheaton college in the US business department. He will deliver a one hour lecture on the theme: SME's and Economic development in principal’s hall on 4th/08/2016 at 11.00am.
The scholar is an economist and therefore the economists should take point position to attend this lecture.
