Fellow Ugandans let's drive with responsibility, believe me, speed is not time management, nkiddamu , SPEED IS NOT TIME MANAGEMENT! a Ugandan driver was following a trailer on a very high speed yesterday at North bypass, we don't known what caused the trailer driver to reduced a bit, but because the Subaru driver was too speedy, he wanted to avoid hitting the back of the trailer he then turned on outer side of the road and lost control suddenly nocked the UNRA Stand. See now! Whom one to be blamed? Is it the trailer driver? Is it the UNRA Stand? Who is going to repair his Subaru?
