The Future of Children lies in Balance!

Living Hope International Ministries Uganda's orphanage and school provide education from kindergarten to primary seven. But what happens next to that child after finishing primary school?

For some children, they reunite with their families. For others without families, we find adoptive homes. To some, without adoptive families, they go back on the streets as teenagers, crack drugs and prostitution. Its hard to comprehend but its the truth. However, we've noticed a concerning trend: 70% of our children don't continue their education beyond primary level.

"A half-baked education is like a ship with a leaky hull - it might get you started, but won’t take you far."

To address this, LHIM-Uganda dreams of constructing a Vocational High School to equip students with practical skills for employment or entrepreneurship. With land already available, we're seeking support to turn this vision into reality.

EDUCATION SHAPES DREAMS!

It’s scary to take a risk but it’s more scary to stay stuck. Risks in life are very many but once you acquire knowledge, they low and manageable. Effects of orphanhood resulting from poverty and death are immense but through education, hope for the future become evident in the children we’ve so far supported.

MAKE THIS CHRISTMAS MEMORIAL TO CHILDREN!

Every year Living Hope Ministries make Christmas holidays a special moment for impoverished children in Uganda. The staff do the work on the ground - they share Jesus to the children, play with them, share about drugs, and encourage moral conduct.
