Today UNEB released the long awaited UACE 2020 results.
Our Alumni, Staff, Students, and Parents are over the moon as we yet registered an extra ordinary performance.

The best student is KATSIGAIRE ROBERT who scored the maximum 20 points with 4AAA2 in PCM. He has broken the record of 2013 where we also registered 20 points in HLD.

The second best student is MWEGYESA SAUL who scored 19 points out of 20 in PEM with 4AAB3

The third best student is ABENAWE IGNATIUS with 18 points in DEK with 5BBA2. He is also the best Arts student.

SUMMARY OF THE TOP RESULTS
The best has 20 PCM, second19 PEM, third18, 2 stds have16, 6 stds have 15, 3 stds have14, 5 stds have 13.

80% of the total of 109 students got 2 principal passes implying that they are eligible to join any University.

All our students qualify to receive their A level Certificates

Alumni Spotlight.
On 29th May, the OBS, OGS and staff joined our alumni TUMUHAISE FERDINAND to celebrate his greatest academic milestone. Ferdinand completed his Olevel at our school in 2006 where he came in Division 1. He went to Bushenyi Core PTC, MOE&S where he graduated as a Grade Three teacher. He then taught at our sister school, Nyabwina P/S and in 2012 he joined us again for his A level while retaining his teaching job. He emerged as one of the best students in the country as he scored 20 in 20 points in his A level Uneb exams a record that hasn't been broken ever since. He joined Makerere University in 2014 to study law on Government scholarship and emerged as the best student of his intake with a degree in law from Makerere University School of Law. He joined Law Development Center and completed his bar course in 2019. He then got admitted to Harvard University in 2020 and won a full scholarship to study at one of the most prestigious law schools in the world, Harvard Law School where he completed his Masters of Law specializing in taxation and graduated on 27th May 2021. On 29th May 2021 he celebrated his graduation from Harvard and opened his new house. He is currently working with one of the top law firms in the country and probably the best, Kampala Associated Advocates. The mass was cdlebrated by our OB Fr Vincent Tumwebaze kaboyi. As a school we are proud of this achievement and pray that Ferdinand keeps the candle of our school burning. We hope that he will be of great inspiration to the rest of the students. Congratulations

Another Pillar "Emyomyo" of our community Nyabwina-Masheruka-Sheema Mr. J.B. Mpaka has passed on. He will forever be remembered for nurturing one of now the best Schools in Sheema District, St. John's Secondary School, Nyabwina.

Crafted by a humble community and with his vision and focus, he created and nurtured a later day star school that raised the status of our community from a peasant village to a town suburb. I'm proud to have known him because he is indeed an inspiration and a selfless citizen.

It's now up to the community to jealously protect his legacy. I thank his family for giving us a change agent and for protecting one of our community and Nation's super Sons.

May the almighty God grant him a Peaceful Rest.

with sadness we announce the passing on of our former and pioneer headteacher Mr. JB MPAKA who passed on this morning at Masaka on his way to Kampala.. Our school wouldn't be where it is if it were not the efforts of this great educationists who was not only an administrator but also a parent to many. Many students studied because of his kindness in handling student affairs. We pray that may the good Lord strengthen and console the family of the bereaved and rest the deceased in eternal peace
