We are grateful to for an additional 30 bags of cement, delivered through PRO Francis Mugerwa, bringing their total support to 80 bags following the 50 bags received on 5th June 2026.

The cement will support completion of the school’s wall fence, strengthening security and infrastructure.

After the National Cleaning Day exercise, Kassoba Excom will have a meeting to deliberate on key issues and planning for the forthcoming AGM|Retreat from Masindi

Then Excom will later join Masindi Chapter Leadership and the members in Kabanga Town Council for the chapter end of month meeting that will also include a tree-planting exercise in Kabango Town Council.

The day's program will climax at the residence of Oldboy Robert Atugonza, where members will converge for lunch and also engage in business that's beneficial to the members and Kassoba at large

HIGH-LEVEL STRATEGIC MEETING | KASSOBA

Today, 27th August 2026, Kassoba, led by National Chairman RSU Ibrahim Magemeso, held a high-level strategic meeting with Senior Oldboys and key stakeholders, including Shakava Renson, our Diaspora Representative; Moses Byaruhanga, Senior Presidential Advisor for Political Affairs; Billie Kakameri Okae, Excom Member; Aloysius Byaruhanga, Chairman BOG; Eng. Tonny Richard Mugenyi, Kassoba Chairman Emeritus; and Katusiime Jackson, the School Head Teacher.

The meeting was highly engaging and focused on charting a clear path forward for Kassoba and Kabalega SS.

Key areas discussed included:
▪️Strategies to complete the Red Gate Project
▪️ Embarking on a new project, to be unveiled at the forthcoming AGM & Retreat
▪️Strategies to improve academic performance and the overall standards of the School

Kabalega SS student Mutegeki Calvin was among the delegation of eight students from Uganda invited to attend the Kangaroo math Africa camp 2026, an International mathematics and STEM learning experience scheduled to take place in Ghana from 16th to 21st of August 2026.

The camp brings together learners from across Africa to engage in advanced problem solving, critical thinking, collaborative STEM activities, cultural exchange and educational excursions.

Participants will have the opportunity and honour to interact with (and also learn) from their peers from different countries while developing their mathematical reasoning, creativity and team work skills.

Special appreciation to old boys Hon. Aled Ronald Akugizibwe Atwooki, Simon Awuyo Ecegeri, our HM Mr. Katusiime Jackson Atenyi, Chairman Emeritus Kassoba Masindi chapter Mr. Bagambe Daniel and all those who contributed towards acquiring an express passport and all the related logistical support for Calvin.This act of kindness kept him strong enough to realise his dream come true.
