Dear friends of ACER, we request you to help us raise Shs1.5m medical bills ofJohn Byamukama in wheel chair who was hit by a speeding boda boda in September and almost lost his leg. His mother standing behind was deserted by her husband and she is HIV positive. John is among the 5 under the care of this single mother. Every coin counts alot.
